Restaurant Week … First Family Restaurant Outing since Pandemic

Restaurant Week … First Family Restaurant Outing since Pandemic

Restaurant Week is the best time to discover new restaurants or even return to the places you love.  Most cities host restaurant week once or twice a year.  In Boston, it’s in late winter/early spring and late summer. Each round runs for two weeks.  Participating restaurants feature a few of their dishes at a discount price during the week, so it’s very economical to try new places.  Right before the pandemic lockdown last year, we had a reservation to our favorite steakhouse and sadly had to cancel.  Fast forward to a year and half later, we had the opportunity for our first family restaurant outing in Boston and it was coincidentally during restaurant week.  We wanted to return to our favorite steakhouse, but they only open for dinner and we were in the city just for the day.  So, we took this opportunity to check out a different steakhouse that has been on our list for quite sometime.

Our lunch on the patio at this beautiful steakhouse was wonderful.  Not only did we enjoy the food, but we had the good fortune of great weather.  Our first family restaurant outing since the pandemic could not have been more enjoyable and satisfying.  Be sure to check when the next restaurant week is in your city, so you can take advantage of some great dining options.
