Remote Learning – College Style
What do you do when the university both your children attend reverses course and moves to all remote learning for the semester? Well, you finally tackle that messy room remodel you’ve been meaning to get to. Only now, you have to convert it to a fun, inspiring remote learning space to compensate for the fact that your daughter is missing her first semester away at school.
Since we thought she would be living in the dorm, we had already purchased some fun stuff to decorate her room at school. To make sure it will still be exciting when she does get to move into the dorms, we stored the dorm stuff in our basement, so it will still be new when she moves in. For her at home remote learning space, we cleared lots of clutter, swapped out furniture from other rooms, and bought a few decorative items to make the space more inviting.
